As many of you know, I’ve been involved with Zing Sales Solutions in addition to the work I do for SMB Consulting (my original consulting firm). Lately, I’ve been absent from this blog in order to build the one for Zing.

One of the bigger focuses for me has been on social media. I created a video entitled “10 Ways to Increase Sales through Social Media” that I hope you’ll check out below then circle back and share your thoughts below.

How many social media sites do you use to increase awareness of your business? How do you use them?

I passed my Infusion Certification Exam and am an official “ICC” or Infusion Certified Consultant.

What does this mean?  For starters, it means that Zing Sales Solutions (my other business venture outside of SMB Consulting) can help you implement and fine tune an Infusion installation along with helping you develop automated marketing campaigns that integrate with your existing website and marketing efforts.

I really wish I could have attended this, but I’m slated to be in Arizona next week for Infusion training to become a certified consultant which is pretty exciting.  Only so many conferences can make it onto the docket in a given year, ya know?
