I passed my Infusion Certification Exam and am an official “ICC” or Infusion Certified Consultant.

What does this mean?  For starters, it means that Zing Sales Solutions (my other business venture outside of SMB Consulting) can help you implement and fine tune an Infusion installation along with helping you develop automated marketing campaigns that integrate with your existing website and marketing efforts.

I feel as if automated eMarketing is going to see a huge wave in the near future, and Infusion is positioned very well for the Internet marketer and small business.  Their focus is businesses with less than 100 employees, and they have a lot of Internet marketers as customers already.  It’s a very powerful program that I encourage you to check out.

I’m off to lovely Phoenix for a week to learn all about Infusion CRM and become a Certified Consultant for them.  This is part of Zing Sales Solutions, the partner venture that has been in the works for almost a year.  Rumor has it that it’s going to get cold in Louisville while it’s 75 and sunny in Phoenix.  It’s going to be a tough gig, but someone has to do it.  Right?

Long story short, I may not have much to post on the blog over the next four or five days.   If something of SEO interest comes up in Arizona, I’ll post it here.  Otherwise, call this a short blogging break.

I really wish I could have attended this, but I’m slated to be in Arizona next week for Infusion training to become a certified consultant which is pretty exciting.  Only so many conferences can make it onto the docket in a given year, ya know?
