SEO as a Reputation Management Tool

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

During my chat with Andy Beal (1/17/2008) on The Bauer Pauer Hauer, we touched on SEO as a potential reputation management tool. This is another huge benefit of understanding and being able to apply organic search engine optimization. Take a listen in on the podcast below, and please share your thoughts and opinions with us.  Andy was a great guest, and we had a lot of fun.

Ponder this–if you had something negative about you or your company appearing high within search engine results, a way to flush that negativity out would be to get additional pages to outrank the negative results and minimize their impact. So SEO can serve as a reputation management tool in addition to lead generation, awareness building, and an increase in revenue.
