SEO Bible Product Update

SEO as a Reputation Management Tool

During my chat with Andy Beal (1/17/2008) on The Bauer Pauer Hauer, we touched on SEO as a potential reputation management tool. This is another huge benefit of understanding and being able to apply organic search engine optimization. Ponder this–if you had something negative about you or your company appearing high within search engine results, a way to flush that negativity out would be to get additional pages to outrank the negative results and minimize their impact. So SEO can serve as a reputation management tool in addition to lead generation, awareness building, and an increase in revenue.
