SEO Bible FAQ #10 Answered
Tuesday, December 18th, 2007In checking the e-mails that keep coming and coming (like the Energizer Bunny), this seems to be one of the more frequently asked questions:
Q. How long after you started did you feel like you had a good enough grasp of SEO to make money at it?
A. For me (Roger), it took about three months of tunnel visioned (some would say “obsessed”) learning until it even dawned on me that SEO could provide a little revenue for the consulting firm. SEO was a means to an end as increasing awareness for the business was the key objective when this all began. It wasn’t like I started out thinking “learn this so you can generate revenue for the firm.” It just sort of happened.
Good question, and thanks to all who sent it in.
